  采訪中,記者還了解到,對企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)“強制”職(zhi)(zhi)工參(can)(can)加社會保(bao)險的(de)(de)舉措,也(ye)有(you)(you)個別人(ren)(ren)不(bu)能接(jie)受,因(yin)為參(can)(can)保(bao)后個人(ren)(ren)需繳(jiao)納部分(fen)社保(bao)費,表(biao)面看收有(you)(you)所降低。他(ta)們(men)竟然為此離開了該企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)。沈孝業(ye)(ye)在(zai)為他(ta)們(men)惋惜之(zhi)余,堅定地表(biao)示:作(zuo)為有(you)(you)責(ze)任感的(de)(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)家,我(wo)們(men)必須(xu)既想到職(zhi)(zhi)工的(de)(de)現在(zai),也(ye)考慮他(ta)們(men)的(de)(de)未來。參(can)(can)加社會保(bao)險對職(zhi)(zhi)工、對企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)都是有(you)(you)好處的(de)(de),無論如何,我(wo)們(men)要堅持這么做。他(ta)還說:“作(zuo)為人(ren)(ren)大代表(biao),我(wo)要建議政府,采取更(geng)強硬手段,解決好民營企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)和農民式參(can)(can)保(bao)問題,要將所有(you)(you)類型企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)、不(bu)同身份職(zhi)(zhi)工都納入(ru)社會保(bao)障的(de)(de)覆(fu)蓋(gai)范圍。”
