  被人(ren)們譽為山東省昌樂縣(xian)民(min)營經(jing)(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)領頭雁(yan)的(de)樂化漆業(ye)(ye)股份有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司,是樂化集團(tuan)下屬的(de)一家擬上市(shi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司。該(gai)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司擁(yong)有總資(zi)產(chan)2.1億(yi)元(yuan),職工(gong)800余人(ren)。多(duo)年(nian)來,樂化漆業(ye)(ye)股份有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司堅(jian)持以現代(dai)化的(de)管理(li)理(li)念(nian)運作經(jing)(jing)(jing)營,注重以經(jing)(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)效(xiao)益和(he)社會(hui)(hui)(hui)效(xiao)益同步增(zeng)長。在(zai)經(jing)(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)效(xiao)益逐年(nian)提高(gao),年(nian)利稅(shui)實現3000余萬元(yuan)的(de)基礎上,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司積極(ji)發展職工(gong)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)福利事業(ye)(ye)。在(zai)為不少老職工(gong)參加社會(hui)(hui)(hui)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)多(duo)年(nian)后,今年(nian)起,又(you)為600多(duo)名農(nong)民(min)工(gong)辦理(li)了養(yang)老、工(gong)傷、失業(ye)(ye)、醫(yi)療四項(xiang)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)手(shou)續,為此年(nian)增(zeng)繳社會(hui)(hui)(hui)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)費150萬元(yuan)。該(gai)企業(ye)(ye)的(de)行為,為全縣(xian)經(jing)(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)和(he)社會(hui)(hui)(hui)保(bao)(bao)障事業(ye)(ye)的(de)發展起到了很好的(de)示范帶動(dong)作用。
  作為(wei)民(min)營企(qi)業(ye),山東樂化漆業(ye)股份有限公司(si)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)多(duo)為(wei)年輕的(de)農民(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。由于(yu)受環境和自身素(su)質(zhi)影響,他(ta)們(men)不僅缺少對(dui)勞動合(he)同、社會(hui)保險等法規(gui)政(zheng)策的(de)了解(jie),還普遍認為(wei):現在(zai)年輕,投不投保無所(suo)謂,只要(yao)(yao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資高(gao)就行。按一(yi)般經(jing)營者(zhe)的(de)觀念,既然職工(gong)(gong)(gong)不愿(yuan)參保,也就順水(shui)推(tui)舟算了。但是,該公司(si)老總沈孝業(ye)卻認為(wei):“不為(wei)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦理(li)勞動合(he)同和社會(hui)保險,既是對(dui)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)合(he)法權益的(de)侵害,對(dui)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)未來(lai)(lai)不負責(ze)任,也是對(dui)企(qi)業(ye) 的(de)健康發(fa)展設置障礙。”他(ta)曾在(zai)股東大(da)會(hui)上說:“我們(men)要(yao)(yao)正確處理(li)好眼前利(li)益與長遠利(li)益的(de)關系,現在(zai)不為(wei)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)參保繳(jiao)費(fei),看(kan)似節省了資金(jin),但將來(lai)(lai)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)老有所(suo)養、病有所(suo)醫等問題會(hui)給我們(men)企(qi)業(ye)帶(dai)來(lai)(lai)沉重的(de)包袱。從另一(yi)角(jiao)度(du)說,為(wei)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)參保繳(jiao)費(fei),能增(zeng)強職工(gong)(gong)(gong)干事業(ye)的(de)積極(ji)性,激發(fa)企(qi)業(ye)活力,理(li)順職工(gong)(gong)(gong)管理(li)關系。再(zai)說,職工(gong)(gong)(gong)將我們(men)企(qi)業(ye)當(dang)作衣食之本(ben),我們(men)也得(de)為(wei)他(ta)們(men)負起這份責(ze)任啊!”

  采訪中,記者還(huan)了(le)解到(dao),對企(qi)業(ye)“強(qiang)制”職(zhi)工參(can)加社(she)會保險(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)舉措,也(ye)有(you)(you)個(ge)別人不(bu)能接(jie)受,因(yin)為(wei)參(can)保后個(ge)人需繳納部分社(she)保費(fei),表面看收有(you)(you)所降低。他們竟然(ran)為(wei)此離開(kai)了(le)該企(qi)業(ye)。沈孝業(ye)在為(wei)他們惋惜之余,堅(jian)定地表示(shi):作為(wei)有(you)(you)責任感的(de)(de)企(qi)業(ye)家(jia),我(wo)們必須既想到(dao)職(zhi)工的(de)(de)現在,也(ye)考慮他們的(de)(de)未來(lai)。參(can)加社(she)會保險(xian)(xian)對職(zhi)工、對企(qi)業(ye)都是有(you)(you)好(hao)處的(de)(de),無論如(ru)何,我(wo)們要堅(jian)持這么做。他還(huan)說:“作為(wei)人大代表,我(wo)要建議政府,采取(qu)更強(qiang)硬手段,解決好(hao)民營企(qi)業(ye)和農民式參(can)保問題,要將所有(you)(you)類型(xing)企(qi)業(ye)、不(bu)同(tong)身份(fen)職(zhi)工都納入社(she)會保障(zhang)的(de)(de)覆蓋范(fan)圍。”
